In compliance with European legislation, Digital License Pro allows customers to return products purchased on its website under the following conditions:
Online Purchase of a Software Activation Key
In this case, except for unusable activation keys or issues attributable to Digital License Pro, the customer explicitly waives the right to return or refund once the license key has been obtained and displayed, as acknowledged by accepting the General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Sale.
However, if the activation key is defective or unusable due to a failure attributable to Digital License Pro, the customer may request a replacement or a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests can be made via Live Chat or by emailing support@digital-license-pro.com.
Digital License Pro is committed to verifying the order number and the activation key promptly. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of the request.
